Hydro Med Return Policy

We cannot accept any returns on any Hydro Med products for health reasons. None of our items are re-sellable once shipped. As it says on our order page, right by the final "submit order" button, "If you are not sure, contact us BEFORE you buy; all order changes and cancellations are charged a fee."

In case your order has any kind of problem, late delivery, fulfillment error, etc., please accept our apologies, and contact us as described on our customer service or contact page. If you are having some kind of problem with your credit card transaction, please see our customer service page.

Warrantee Service

AVOID PROBLEMS - RUN YOUR HYDRO PULSE WITH PLAIN WATER AFTER EVERY USE.

If your Hydro Pulse stops working for any reason, check our customer service pages. We find that more than 80% of Hydro Pulse problems can be solved by the user in a few minutes - really. (Not a single of our own Hydro Pulses, not those we use every day in clinics, or take on the road for demos, has ever failed. They do, however, get persnickety about being primed - check the customer service pages for more detail.)

Did we mention that you should avoid problems in the first place, and run a full reservoir of plain water through your Hydro Pulse after every use? This will greatly extend the life of your machine.

Warrantee Policy

If your Hydro Pulse is less than one year old, it is fully warranted against defects, provided you have thoroughly rinsed it with fresh water after every use. After checking our customer service pages, if you still can't get it working, please contact us for a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Please include in your correspondence:

• Name and Address
• Date, place/method of purchase, order number, and receipt.

If your Hydro Pulse is a year and a day old, or if you have other extenuating circumstances, send us a polite and friendly email, and we may be able to work something out. We do want our customers to be happy.

We cannot accept any returns without an RMA.

We are sorry, but we cannot honor any return policy but that of Hydro Med, Inc.

We do not know of any repair facilities for the Hydro Pulse.

We provide health products and information about their use - no health provider can give accurrate health information about your individual condition without a personal examination, history, diagnosis, etc. If you have any question about your individual condition, seek professional medical attention.
